Call a waiter
Waiter requested
For anything that needs a person: a question about the menu, another round, a high chair. The table and section are on the request, so the nearest waiter goes.
Table service on WhatsApp and the web
Alfred is a QR-code menu and service assistant for restaurants, cafés and hotels. Guests scan the code on their table to see the menu, order, call a waiter or ask for the bill. Your team sees every request on one screen, by section and by waiter. Nothing to install, for guests or staff.

The guest never waves. The waiter never guesses.
On the floor, every tap is a highlighted line on one screen until a waiter picks it up.
Each one lands on the floor screen with a different colour, so a glance tells the team what the table wants.

Bill requested
The guest asks for the bill without catching anyone's eye. The amount and table number are already in Alfred, and the confirmation goes to the guest's WhatsApp.
Charcoal requested
Built for shisha lounges and cafés. One tap, and the charcoal runner knows which table, without a walk around the terrace to check.
Open it on a tablet at the pass or at the host stand. It refreshes itself every few seconds and filters by section, so the terrace team sees the terrace.
| Table | Section | Waiter | Requests | Updated | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12 | Terrace | Hamed | 3 | 21:42 | Bill requested |
| 7 | Lounge | Faysal | 2 | 21:41 | Charcoal requested |
| 3 | Indoor | Sarra | 1 | 21:36 | Waiter requested |
| 15 | Terrace | Hamed | 4 | 21:30 | Served |
| 9 | Lounge | Faysal | 2 | 21:12 | Served |
Each waiter sees only their own sections; a shift lead sees every table. Guests' phone numbers are shown to staff only as the last four digits.
Built for busy floors, in the languages your guests speak.
Each code carries the table number. Print them on tent cards, menus or stickers. Replace one in seconds if it gets damaged.
Categories, photos, short descriptions and prices. Mark bestsellers and signatures. Change a price or hide a dish at any time.
Call a waiter, request the bill, or ask for fresh charcoal. Each lands on the floor screen with the table, section and waiter.
Orders and bills arrive on the guest's WhatsApp with the table number and the amount. Guests without WhatsApp get the same by SMS.
Guests pick a language once. The menu, the buttons and every message follow it. The floor screen is available in both as well.
Pay by card from the phone, or choose cash and settle with the waiter. Alfred records the amount against the table either way.
Anywhere a guest sits down and waits to be noticed. Trialled with restaurants, cafés and hotels in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Guests order the second round and ask for the bill without flagging anyone down. Tables turn faster at the end of the meal.
Charcoal requests go to the runner, waiter requests go to the waiter, and the terrace stops shouting.
A guest on a sunbed is a table too. The code on the lounger brings the menu and the service to them.
Many counters, one floor screen. Each operator sees its own section, the hall sees everything.
A good butler is there before you ask, and gone before you notice. Alfred gives every table one.
No. The QR code opens Alfred in the phone's browser. Confirmations arrive on WhatsApp, or by SMS for guests who do not use WhatsApp. No sign-up, no password.
A tablet or any screen with a browser for the floor screen. Waiters can also open it on their phones to see their own sections. Each team member has a login, so every action carries a name.
Alfred handles the guest side: menu, orders, requests and the bill confirmation. It keeps a record of every visit and can hand that over to your accounting or point-of-sale system. Talk to us about the integration you need.
